The Marion School Foundation’s 21st Annual Golf Classic brought in 29 foursomes, fabulous community sponsors and a variety of prizes and giveaways that kept our golfers happy all day! Photos from our event are available from Joe Photo here.
Our event featured a meal sponsor, photography sponsor, four beverage sponsors, 20 hole sponsors and 57 local businesses who donated prizes and raffle items. Prizes were awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the Championship Flight, Second Flight and Senior Flight. The big winner was “Jimmy Johns,” which included Spencer Votroubek, Kevin Kipp, Aaron Lamak and Adam Kehe. You can view all golfer results here.
The 2023 Marion Foundation Golf Classic raised over $25,000. Proceeds from this annual outing benefit students and staff of the Marion Independent School District and allow us to provide classroom grants, scholarships, district-wide programming, alumni support and more.
