Nicole Kirpes is thrilled to have recently joined the Marion Independent School Foundation & Alumni Association team in August as the Administrative Assistant. In this role Nicole handles accounts payable/receivable and works behind the scenes for fundraising for the Marion Foundation. She came to this position as her family recently moved to Marion and she was looking for part-time work as an assistant.
Nicole grew up in West Des Moines, Iowa and graduated in 2012 from the University of Northern Iowa with degrees in elementary and middle level education. She started her career as a fifth grade elementary school teacher, transitioned to customer service as a receptionist at pet resorts, and is now excited to support education in Marion.
Nicole is married to her high-school sweetheart and is a proud dog-mom to a playful Pomsky pup. Nicole loves spending time with family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
